CONSULTATIONS FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS AND/OR NEW THERAPISTS

Support. Clarity. Courage. Clinical Identity.
Entering the therapy field is exciting  and overwhelming. Between supervision, imposter feelings, ethical decisions, documentation demands, boundaries with clients, navigating systems, and figuring out your clinical voice,  it’s a lot.

My consultation services are intentionally designed for graduate students and early-career therapists who want practical, honest, real-world guidance, rooted in trauma-informed, relational, and culturally-aware care.

Whether you’re navigating your first internship,  or trying to grow your confidence in the room, consultation offers a safe, reflective space to ask the questions you’re afraid to ask out loud.

Areas of support include:
• Building your therapeutic identity & voice
• How to build rapport and structure first sessions
• Documentation & treatment planning without overthinking
• Clinical boundaries & managing emotional labor
• Imposter syndrome & confidence-building
• Working with families, couples, teens, or trauma
• How to have hard conversations with clients
• Supporting clients through grief, crisis, or transitions
• Navigating dual relationships & ethical gray areas
• Understanding short-term models & focused intervention
• Integrating DBT, IFS-informed, Polyvagal, and narrative approaches
• Workload, pacing, burnout prevention & self-trust
• How to balance compassion with directness

Investment:
30 minute consultation session - $75
1 hour consultation session - $125

Submit an inquiry HERE to connect & share your needs!

Disclaimer: Consultation services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace clinical supervision required by your licensing board, nor do they constitute psychotherapy, supervision toward licensure, or legal advice. All decisions regarding client care, ethical considerations, and clinical documentation remain the responsibility of the clinician. Participation in consultation does not establish a supervisory relationship or a therapist-client relationship.
